ABOUT
"Fog in the Valley" is the name of this original painting. It's vague, it's messy, and that's what makes this painting work. It allows the viewer to use their own creativity to fill in the gaps.
MATERIALS
I used acrylic paint, gesso, and an airbrush medium. I sealed the painting with a UV-protective varnish to prevent it from fading, and to add intense shine.
The canvas is premier-professional quality, and the back is a splined finish instead of back-stapled. The painting comes unframed, but I have pictures posted of what styles would work best.
I painted the edges in “payne’s grey” (almost black) for a clean and finished appearance so that framing is not necessary.
The back has wire installed, it has my gallery label, and it is autographed.
DIMENSIONS
Please measure out the dimensions of this painting (18x14x11/16”) so that you have an accurate idea of the size.
I use a home interior app to display my work and note that dimensions may appear slightly off. I use the app so that you get a general idea of what it would look like on the wall within a home.
SHIPPING (USA only)
The painting is wrapped in glassine paper and kraft paper with a ribbon and gallery label. It is classy and beautiful even when it is all wrapped up!
I use UPS as my shipping carrier for this painting. It takes me 1-3 business days to prepare your art for shipment, and I ship at ground speed at no cost to you!
