Imagine a warm, humid morning, the sky is darkening as a storm approaches, and the view is distorted by fog. You hear the thunder in the distance, and then whispers. The whispers are coming from within the trees. I call this masterpiece: “Whispers.”
MATERIALS
I used acrylic paint, an airbrush medium, heavy gel, and a brush to complete this look. I sealed the painting with a matte UV-protective varnish to prevent it from fading.
The canvas is premier quality, meaning the fabric is thicker and less likely to rip. The wooden frame is less likely to warp, because it was treated and kiln dried. The back is “splined finish” instead of back-stapled.
FEATURES
The canvas has beautiful texture to it from layers of heavy gel. The back has hardware installed for hanging, it has my gallery label, and it signed.
